The kitchen has a cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. On the first floor floor there is an additional sitting room leading to the bedrooms plus an external loggia.

Apartment The apartment has a double bedroom on the first floor with space for an additional childs bed. On the ground floor is a living kitchen with sofa and dining table from where french doors lead out to the patio with garden table and chairs. The kitchen has a small oven, hob and fridge.
